เราจะต้องเน้นเรียนรู้ศัพท์และวลีที่ใช้มากที่สุดก่อน แม้ว่าศัพท์นั้นอาจจะดูยากบ้างเล็กน้อยก็ตาม เช่น argue, project, suppose, force, Well done เป็นต้น
(ส่วนศัพท์ที่ชีวิตจริงใช้ไม่บ่อย เช่น goat, peach, gum ควรเก็บไว้เรียนรู้ทีหลัง จะมีประสิทธิภาพมากกว่า)

หากเราเน้นที่การเรียนรู้คำศัพท์เหล่านี้แล้ว ก็จะสามารถเข้าใจสิ่งที่อ่านหรือฟังมาในบทสนทนาต่างๆ ได้มากขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว ทำให้เกิดแรงจูงใจที่จะฝึกฝนภาษาเพิ่มเติม และเก่งขึ้นไปอีกเรื่อยๆ

Insight แต่ละระดับจะครอบคลุมคำศัพท์ 200 กลุ่มความหมาย โดยมีตัวอย่างประโยค, ภาพประกอบ, และเนื้อเรื่องที่เสริมกันช่วยให้เข้าใจความหมายอย่างแท้จริง ไม่ใช่เพียงท่องจำคำแปลได้เท่านั้น
